Returns policy?
We only accept returns for faulty items, returns must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your package.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
We will refund/store credit any faulty item returned to us. If we are deemed at fault we will cover the return postage.
Refund policy?
By Australian law we only offer a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
Free Shipping?
We offer free shipping over $175 Australia wide under 5 kg. Above 5 kg will need to be calculated. We will offer $10 towards any shipment over $175 and over 5kg.
We have not added this cost into our crystals, you will not be paying more just because we offer free shipping. To be able to do this we package crystals securely in bubble wrap and send in postal bags (most cost effective form of postage) We also ask where ever possible for customers to use the bank transfer or PAY ID payment methods as it is almost fee free and is just one of the little things we do to give us the freedom to offer free postage without adding the cost to our crystals, any short fall we have chosen to wear the cost ourselves.
We currently do not ship internationally.
We will not send out or allow pick up for any crystals that are not paid for in full.

Postage costs? we currently offer free shipping on orders over $175. We do not hold any responsibility for orders once they’ve left us. We recommend that you opt for an extra $3 delivery fee to ensure the package needs to be signed for on your end.
Laybuy policy?
We offer 6 week laybuys.
Laybuys must be secured with a 20% deposit or with a minimum amount of $20 whichever is greater.
Minimum fortnightly payments are required, we will send a total of 3 reminders for payments before canceling your order.
Cancelation fee is required of 20% and all stock will be returned to inventory.
Administration fee is 10% on all canceled orders.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if the above conditions are not met.
Payment Methods?
Please note that we prefer bank transfer, PAY ID or cash in store as payment as there are no fees involved. This helps us keep our prices low and still offer a free shipping service. We also understand that flexibility with payment methods are a must these days so to accommodate everyone we accept - PayPal, Afterpay, Zip pay, Latitude pay, Credit Card, and Eftpos facilities in store.
Imperfections?
Please be aware that crystals and stones are naturally formed within the earth and there fore can sometimes have imperfections, these cracks caves and druzys are what make each crystal unique and also sometimes quite fragile. We do not take responsibility for naturally occurring imperfections within the crystals, however if you have any concerns with your crystals please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs as best possible.
Duplicate sales?
As we are active on many platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, community events and a bricks and motor shop aswell as the website) occasionally a crystal gets sold twice. We endeavour to remove listings from the web site as they sell but sometimes they are missed. In these instances the first person to buy the crystal will receive that crystal and the second person will get the choice of store credit or a refund.
Live sale rules,
Live sale rules will be updated periodically as we become more experienced with live sales.
Live sales will be held weekly on Friday nights.
Invoices will be updated to the website the following day in the “others and live sale invoices” box.
Alternatively you can send us your email for PayPal payment, or direct bank transfer is also acceptable, details at the bottom of the web site.
After pay, Zip pay. Latitude pay, PayPal and credit card are all available on the web site.
In house laybuy is also accepted, (please refer to laybuy policy’s in the terms and conditions)
Payments need to be made by the following Tuesday, any non payment will result in all stock being put back on the shelf.
Share prizes are drawn on the night but all buy prizes are drawn on Tuesday afternoons when all invoices are paid.
During the lives the first comment to appear on our screen saying “sold” or “claim” and the price wins the items.
Rules are subject to alterations as time goes on and we tweak details of the live sales.
